Kim has focused her 10-year career on industries experiencing seismic change. From serving as an executive at the largest non-bank commercial real estate lender during the 2008 crash, to her entertainment industry work in the late 1990s when content piracy decimated the sector, Kim has led organizations through some of their most challenging (and exciting) times.

Ken has received over 100 creative awards in his career (including Clio, One Show, Andy, Art Directors and Communication Arts awards). As former President and Creative Director of Baron & Zaretsky Advertising, a twenty-five person agency billing $13.5 million annually, Ken created advertising, promotion and sales materials for many of the country’s leading brands and companies, such as Hearst Magazines, Ethan Allen, and Men’s Health Magazine. Prior to forming Baron & Zaretsky, Ken was associate creative director of the $160 million agency Geers Gross, directing the creative product for Cella Wines, Martell Cognac and National Car Rental. Previously, he was one of New York’s leading freelance creative directors, developing advertising and promotional programs for major agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, Smith-Greenland, and Bozell & Jacobs, and clients including American Airlines, Citibank, Sony, HBO, Alitalia, and American Express.
